Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for household cleaning chemicals unless the product is received in a
damaged condition. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We take great care to ensure that all products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event that you
receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include your order
number, a description of the damage, and a clear photo showing the damaged item(s).
Once we receive your request and verify the damage, we will provide you with instructions on returning the damaged product(s). Upon receipt
of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take 7-15 days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase
